My mission is to enable you to achieve your fitness goals in a fun and supportive environment that suits your specific needs.

Lasting Change
Education is an important part of improving your fitness level. Understanding and knowledge enable you to make lasting changes that will support a healthier and more active long-term lifestyle.

360 Degree Approach
My 360 degree approach to fitness training allows me to tune your fitness program based on your personal energy level and commitment, regardless of whether you are in a private training or group program. 

  1. Initial Fitness Consultation – This is an hour-long consultation to determine your goals, motivation, likes/dislikes, injuries, weaknesses, etc.
  2. Fitness Assessment – This is an in-person assessment of your fitness level, strengths and weaknesses.
  3. Custom Fitness Program Design – This is a custom fitness program tailored to your specific goals, fitness level, motivation, strengths/weaknesses and timeline. If desired, I can also provide a custom nutrition program that will ensure you are getting the muscle-building protein and other nutrients your body needs, while helping reduce intake you of the things you don’t.
  4. Progress Assessments & Tuning – Everyone responds differently to fitness training routines. I believe it is important to continually assess your progress and fine tune your fitness program in order to allow you to achieve maximum results.
