I provide strength training programs that will help you break through plateau’s, improve areas of weakness and lift safely. In this area I leverage my experience as a competitor in both olympic weight lifting and body building.
I provide sport-specific agility training that will help you excel in your chosen sport(s). I have worked with basketball, baseball, soccer, football, field hockey and lacrosse athletes.
I provide corrective exercise programs that help to alleviate weakness and/or pain caused by over-use, repetitive movement and/or prior injuries.
I believe proper nutrition is as important as exercise in achieving your fitness goals. I offer nutrition analysis, reviews and weekly nutrition plans customized to fit your special dietary needs and fitness goals.
